Ala Italy

We run Ala Italy out of Shop No. 10 in the Archna Shopping Centre. It’s located in GK- 1, which is usually a pretty busy area of Delhi. The shopping centre has been around for a long time, and we’ve been in our little corner for a while now too. Our shop isn't huge, but we make use of every bit of space we have. It’s mostly just us here throughout the day, looking after the shop and handling whatever comes up. We don't have a big staff or a fancy corporate structure. It’s just a local business. The vibe in Archna Shopping Centre is quite relaxed compared to some of the newer malls. We have regulars who stop by just to say hi, and we like that personal touch. Our daily routine involves a lot of tidying up and making sure the shop looks decent, though we don't go overboard with decorations. We keep things simple and straightforward. Some days it’s quiet, and we just sit and talk while waiting for things to happen. Other days it’s a bit more rushed. We don't try to pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a small shop in Greater Kailash trying to do our work properly every day. It’s a nice place to be, and we’ve gotten quite comfortable in this space over the years. We just keep doing what we do.
