Aisling Foods Private Limited

We have been at Plot No.7 for quite a while now, right in the East Avenue Market area. If you know Punjabi Bagh, you probably know how busy it gets around here. It is on the first floor. Working in the food industry means there is always something going on. Most days it is just us trying to keep things moving. The traffic outside is usually pretty bad, but we like being in this part of West Delhi. It has a good energy. We started Aisling Foods because we wanted to do something of our own. It is not always easy running a private limited company, but we manage. Some days the stairs up to the office feel a lot longer than others. The market downstairs is great for a quick snack during our breaks. We have got a small team here. We do not really do the fancy corporate stuff. It is mostly just paperwork and making sure the orders are right. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that is just life here. We try to stay organized but things get cluttered. My desk is currently covered in folders and old notes. Delhi heat can be tough in the summer months. We have the AC running but it struggles sometimes. It is a decent place to work though. We know the neighbors. The guys at the market are friendly. We are just a regular local business trying to get through the week.
