Air Hostess Academy

We are located at C3A/48B in Janakpuri. It’s a busy part of New Delhi and we’ve been here for a while. The academy is where we train people who want to work on planes. It’s not a fancy place, just some classrooms and a small office area. We spend most of the day talking about how to handle passengers and what to do in emergencies. Most of us who work here used to be crew members ourselves, so we know what it's really like. It’s not all glamour like people think. There’s a lot of standing and learning rules. Our students come from all over, and they are usually quite nervous when they start. We try to make them feel at home. The metro is nearby, so getting here isn't too hard for them. Sometimes we have mock drills where the students have to practice serving meals or using the oxygen masks. It gets a bit loud, but it’s part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few instructors and some office staff who keep things running. We go through a lot of registers and paperwork every week. It’s a practical environment. We just want to make sure the kids know what they are getting into before they get a job with an airline. It’s a decent place to work and we like seeing the students succeed. We hope they find good positions after they finish up their time here with us. It keeps us busy all through the week.
