Ahamed & Sons

Ahamed & Sons is a family business based in Khanpur. We have been in this area for quite some time now. My father started things up, and now we all just pitch in to keep the work moving along. We do not really do the whole corporate office thing. It is more of a workshop vibe where real work actually happens every day. You can usually find one of us around the shop during most hours of the day and sometimes even late at night. We handle a bit of everything that comes through our door. It is mostly local people we deal with, like neighbors and other small businesses nearby. Khanpur is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else, so we try to keep a solid reputation just by doing the work. We are not big on advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from a friend. It gets pretty dusty and loud during the day in the shop. Sometimes we are working late into the evening if a specific job needs finishing. We have some old tools and some newer ones, just whatever gets the task finished. It is not always pretty, but it works for us. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we stay right here. It is home. We just take it one day at a time and keep things simple. The roads in Khanpur can be a bit tight, so getting deliveries in and out takes some skill. We just want to be known as the guys who show up and get it done.
