Aha Air Hostess Academy Pvt.Ltd. operates out of Flat 303 in Navniti Apartments in New Delhi. It is an apartment-style setup where we have converted the rooms into spaces for teaching and administrative work. You can usually find a bunch of students around the hallway or waiting near the door. It is a lively place because there are always people coming in for classes or to ask about how they can start their training. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and some chairs for the students to sit in. The atmosphere is pretty informal, and we often have to tell the students to keep their voices down so we can hear ourselves think. Being in a residential building means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, but everyone is used to us by now. We spend a lot of time updating our schedules and talking to young people who want to work in the airlines. There are always flyers and forms laying around on the tables. Sometimes we run out of space and have to use the small balcony for a quick meeting or a break. It is not a huge campus like you might see on TV, but it is where all the work happens for us. We just keep moving through the day and helping people get their paperwork sorted.
