Agrawal Traders sits in the middle of Shivaji Market at 345/1 in Pitampura. If you’ve ever walked through this market, you know it’s always crowded and noisy. Our shop is no different. We deal with various goods, mostly bulk stuff that comes in sacks or heavy boxes. The air usually smells like cardboard and whatever we happen to be moving that day. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or trying to figure out when a shipment is going to arrive. Logistics can be a real headache around here with the narrow streets and all the traffic. Inside the shop, there are ledgers everywhere. We still prefer writing things down because it feels more reliable sometimes. We have a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting and stacking. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things from the back to the front. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just trade goods and try to keep our customers in the market satisfied. Sometimes we share a tea with the shopkeeper next door when things quiet down in the afternoon. Pitampura is a busy area, and being at 345/1 means we are right in the thick of it. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them where to go. It’s just a busy, dusty trading spot that has been part of the market for a long time.
