Vashist Park Gali No 6 is where you can find us, right at WZ 19/20. The 'Pvt Ltd' part of the name makes it sound much bigger than it feels when you are actually standing inside the shop. We are just a local corner spot where people stop by for samosas and chai. The street is pretty narrow, so it gets crowded around four or five in the evening when the offices nearby let out. We spend most of our time prepping dough and filling. My hands are usually covered in flour by noon. We have a few guys helping out with the frying and serving. It is a busy place, especially during festivals like Diwali when everyone wants laddoos. We have to work double shifts then, staying up almost all night. It is exhausting but the extra money helps. We don't have a big seating area, just a few tables where people stand and eat. Most folks just take their food to go. We have seen kids grow up in this neighborhood, coming in first with their parents and now coming in with their own children. It is nice to be part of the community like that. We don't do anything fancy with the decor. It is just the same old counters and glass cases we have always had. We focus on the food and hope people keep coming back.
