You can find A. K. Jain on the third floor of the Concor Admn. Building, which is right inside the Inland Container Depot in Tughlakabad. It is a massive area filled with shipping containers and cranes moving all day and night. Our office, Room 336, is where we handle the paperwork for all that movement. It is a bit of a climb if the elevator is busy, which it often is during the morning rush. The building is strictly for administration, so it is full of people in a hurry with folders tucked under their arms. We deal with customs and transport documents mostly. Our desks are usually piled high with forms, logs, and rubber stamps. It is not the quietest place because of the trains and trucks constantly moving outside, but you get used to the rumble after a while. We have been at the ICD for years now. We know the guards and the other agents working on the same floor. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and a big map of the rail lines. It is a practical space for practical work. Lunch usually means a quick bite from the canteen downstairs. We do not really do brochures or big websites. If you have business at the container depot, you probably know where the administration building is. We just focus on getting the clearances done so the cargo can move out on time.
