We are based over at Vasant Kunj, specifically in the Yamuna Block. It’s Flat 009 in Sector D, Pocket 6. 6 Eleven Foods And Beverages Private Limited is what we call the business. Most people just see us as a small food and drink setup running out of a ground floor flat. It gets a bit crowded sometimes with all the crates and supplies coming in. We handle different types of beverages and food items throughout the day. Vasant Kunj is a nice area but the parking can be a real headache when the delivery trucks show up. We try to stay organized but it's hard when things get busy. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to make sure the food we handle is okay and that our customers get what they asked for. It's a lot of phone calls and checking lists. The flat is our main base for everything. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of the stock in the back room. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by boxes. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and the neighbors are used to us. It’s just a regular day-to-day grind for the team here. We keep it simple and don't try to overcomplicate the process. Every evening we check what needs to be ordered for the next morning. It is simple work but it keeps us on our toes all day.
