Hari Bricks Industries

If you head down Udayagiri Road in Duttalur, you will find us at Hari Bricks Industries. Our place is at 2-17-49. It is a big space because you need a lot of room for making and drying bricks. We have been at this location for a while. The dust is everywhere, but that is just part of the brick-making life. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Usually, it’s just the sound of the machines and the trucks coming in. Duttalur is a quiet enough place, but our yard stays busy. We handle everything right here on site. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there is always someone you know around. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big sales team. Most people just pull up to the gate and ask what we have available. We try to keep a good stock, though sometimes we run low when there is a lot of building going on nearby. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving heavy loads and making sure everything is fired right. My hands are always stained with red clay. We don’t mind it. It’s how we make a living. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but the road out front stays the same. We just keep our heads down and work. If you need bricks, we are usually here from dawn until it gets dark. It is a long day but we are happy with it.
