Jailaxmi Engineering Corporation is located at C-30 in Udyognagar. It is a standard industrial unit, nothing too flashy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our setup for engineering work. We have been operating from this same spot for quite some time. The area around Udyognagar is full of similar workshops, so we fit right in. We spend our hours cutting, welding, and assembling whatever is on the schedule for that week. It’s the kind of job where your hands get dirty and you have to wear heavy boots. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day. When someone comes in with a project, we sit down and look at what needs to be done. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we can do it, we say so. If we can't, we tell them that too. Our workspace is a bit cluttered with scraps and tools, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way of working. We show up, do the engineering tasks, and close up in the evening. There are no big corporate meetings here. We just focus on the metal and the machines at C-30. That is the way we have always done things at Jailaxmi Engineering.
