Sharmi Engineering Works

If you go behind the GIDC in Antalia, you’ll find us at 1121/1 Shiv Sakti Nagar. This is where Sharmi Engineering Works is based. Being behind the industrial estate means it’s always busy around here. There are trucks moving in and out of the GIDC all the time. Our shop is a practical space for engineering work. We have our machines set up, and there’s usually a bit of metal shavings on the floor by the end of the day. Shiv Sakti Nagar isn't a fancy place, but it's where the real work happens. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. What you see is just the workshop. It gets pretty dusty and loud, but we don't mind that much. It means we’re working. The address 1121/1 is easy to find if you know the Antalia area well. We’ve spent many years here, watching other shops come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk. Otherwise, it’s just the sound of the lathe or the drill. We aren't looking for awards or anything like that. We just want to do the job right. It’s a bit of a rough-and-tumble environment, but it’s honest work. Working near GIDC keeps us connected to what’s going on in the whole industry. It’s a good, solid place to be for an engineering outfit. We like it here.
