We are over at 113, Sector 17, in the J K Chambers building in Vashi. It’s a pretty standard office setup in Navi Mumbai. Ultra-Tech Speciality Chem is a bit of a long name, but we basically just deal with chemicals that have specific uses. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It’s a small team of us sitting in this office handling the logistics and sales. Vashi is a busy area, and being in Sector 17 means there are always people moving about and places to grab a quick lunch. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. We have our computers, some sample bottles on the shelves, and a lot of logbooks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with manufacturers and transport companies. Dealing with specialty chemicals means we have to be a bit more careful with the details, but we don't try to sound like geniuses about it. We just make sure the right stuff gets to the right place. Sometimes the paperwork for shipping can be a real pain, but we get through it. We don’t have a big marketing strategy. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve worked with us before or heard about us from someone else. It’s a practical, day-to-day operation that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just show up and keep the business running smoothly.
