We are over at Plot No. C-116 in the Pawane MIDC area. Being in the TTC Industrial Area means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses of all kinds. Topnotch Chemicals has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building itself is a standard industrial structure—sturdy, grey, and built for work rather than looks. When you walk into the yard, you’ll see some drums and containers stacked up waiting to be moved. It’s an industrial zone, so there’s always the sound of machinery or heavy vehicles in the background. Inside the office part, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still feel the vibration of the area. We have our desks set up near the front so we can see who’s coming and going. The air smells a bit like chemicals and metal, which is just part of being in Pawane. Our team is small, and we mostly keep to ourselves, focusing on the orders and the technical side of things. We aren't big on meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be done. The lunch break is usually the only time it’s actually silent. We eat together and then get back to it. It’s a hardworking environment where the main goal is just to stay on top of the production schedule and make sure the shipments go out from the gate on time. We like the routine and the busy atmosphere that comes with working in a major industrial hub.
