Sigma Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals

Our place is located at unit 15, Tirupati Corner, on Plot No. C-1 in Sector-12, Kharghar. It’s a growing neighborhood with a lot of new construction happening all around us. Sigma Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals deals with all kinds of materials for building. Our shop is filled with heavy bags of powder and large plastic drums. It’s not a very clean environment because something is always leaking or spilling a little bit. We don't have a showroom with fancy displays. We just have our stock stacked up high on the shelves. Most of our day is spent explaining to customers how to use the chemicals or apply the coatings. If they don't do it right, the leaks will just come back. We aren't a big company with many branches. It’s just a small local shop. We get very busy just before the monsoon season starts when everyone realizes their roof is leaking. The air in the shop always smells a bit like chemicals and damp cement. We don't have any big mission or vision. We just want to help people fix their damp walls and leaky ceilings. Sector-12 is a bit far from the main station, so it’s quieter here than in other parts of Kharghar. We keep it simple and just focus on the products we have in stock. If you need us, we are right there at Tirupati Corner. It is a basic setup, really.
