Our office and workspace are located in Building 6, specifically units 1 and 2, over in Sector-3 of M.B. Park in Mahape. If you know this part of the city, you know it is mostly industrial buildings and commercial units. We handle construction chemical products. It is a lot of mixing, packing, and moving heavy containers around. The space is functional but definitely not fancy. There are usually stains on the floor from different chemicals and stacks of pallets waiting to be picked up. We spend a lot of our day on the phone talking to contractors or site supervisors who need a specific product for a job they are doing. It can get a bit chaotic when three trucks show up at once and we only have so much room in the loading area. We have been here in Mahape for a good number of years now. We have seen the area get much more crowded, which makes getting in and out a bit of a chore in the afternoons. We do not have a dedicated sales team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. You just get one of us. We know our products because we are the ones actually handling them every day. If there is a problem with a batch, we are the ones who have to figure it out. It is a straightforward business without any hidden extras. We just provide the materials that people need for their building projects.
