Our place is over at C-68 in the TTC MIDC Industrial Area, which sits between Thana and Belapur. Being in such a large industrial zone means we are surrounded by warehouses and factories, which suits us just fine. We work on construction technology, mainly dealing with specialized materials and chemicals for building. We have been here for many years and the office looks like a place where people actually work. There are technical manuals and samples of materials scattered all over the place. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby; we are just a practical team trying to solve problems for our customers. Most of the time we are on the phone or out at a construction site helping someone figure out how to use a product properly. We eat our lunch at the small shops nearby and know a lot of the other people working in the MIDC. It’s a busy life, and there is always some new challenge to deal with. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide technical help and the products to go with it. Sometimes the rain makes the roads in the industrial area a bit of a mess, but we still manage to get things delivered. It’s a good, solid place to be, and we enjoy the work we do every day.
