Basf Construction Chemicals is based out in Turbhe, right in the middle of the MIDC industrial zone. If you know the Thane Belapur Road, you know how congested it gets with all the tankers and factory workers. We are at Plot No-C-68. A good landmark to look for is the Lubrizoll Company, since we are right near them. This whole part of town is basically just warehouses and manufacturing plants. It isn't the kind of place people visit for fun. The air usually smells of industry and there is always a low hum of machines in the distance. Our office is strictly functional. We spend most of our time managing the inventory and making sure the loading happens on time. We have a small yard where the delivery trucks pull in. It gets really muddy during the monsoon season, which is just part of the deal in Navi Mumbai. We don't do any marketing or fancy outreach. The people who need construction chemicals usually know how to find us. We just focus on the daily grind, checking the batches and talking with the drivers who come through.
