Our place, the Rajeev Gandhi College Of Management Studies, is located over at Cidco Plot No 01 in Sector-8. If you are familiar with Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai, you know it’s a developing area with a lot of people moving in and out. The building is easy to find if you’re looking for it. We deal with management studies here, so there is always a lot of talk about schedules and classrooms. It isn't some super high-tech setup, just a solid building where people come to learn. On a typical morning, you’ll see the staff arriving and setting things up for the day. Navi Mumbai can get pretty humid, so we keep the windows open when we can. Students come from all over the Maharashtra area, often taking the train or bus to get to Ghansoli. We spend most of our time organizing files and making sure the lectures happen on time. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the classrooms. Sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded between sessions, but it’s a good kind of busy. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done so the students can get through their courses. It’s a lot of routine work, checking IDs, and helping people find the right room. It’s been this way for a while now at this location. We just try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss and bother.
