Ipm

Our office, Ipm, is located at 5B Manoj Soc, which is just opposite the Mafco area. It’s a modest little place tucked away in a residential society, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a big commercial building. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. It’s just a quiet spot where we sit down and get our work done. Being near Mafco is handy because everyone knows the landmark. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and coordinating things. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We aren't a big corporate entity with layers of management. If you call us, you’ll probably talk to the same person every time. We like keeping things on a first-name basis. The office is a bit lived-in, with stacks of files and the occasional tea cup left on a desk. We don’t try to act like we’re more important than we are. We just value being able to do our jobs without too much interference. It can get a bit quiet in the afternoons, but that gives us time to catch up on things. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors are used to us being around. It’s a decent place to work and we’re happy to be here. We hope to stay right here in Manoj Soc for many more years.
