Our office is tucked away in Kalash Park, right across from NHP School in Airoli. If you’re around Sector 19, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. It is a busy little pocket of Navi Mumbai, especially when the kids are getting out of school. I decided to set up here because it is close to home and easy for people in the neighborhood to reach. The room is B/103, nothing too large, but it serves us well. Most of my day is spent on the phone or sitting at the computer, making sure things are moving along as they should. Sometimes the internet acts up or the building gets a bit noisy, but that is just part of working in a residential-commercial mix like this. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is mostly just me, Amol, and whoever is helping that day. We keep things simple. If someone has a problem, we talk it out and find a way to fix it. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the other shop owners around the corner. It feels like a good community. I think people appreciate that we aren't some big nameless company from far away. We are right here in Airoli, doing our thing every day, trying to keep our heads down and do the work right. I hope to stay in this spot for a long time.
