Creative Valuers Engineers

Creative Valuers Engineers is based out of Office No 268 on the second floor of Satra Plaza. If you know Vashi, you know Palm Beach Road is a pretty major stretch, and that’s where we are located in Sector 19. It’s a professional building, but our office is pretty lived-in. We have stacks of reports and blueprints all over the place. Being valuers and engineers means we spend half our time out on sites and the other half back here writing everything up. It’s a lot of calculating and checking numbers. We don’t have any flashy signs or anything. People usually find us because they need a technical look at a property or a project. The work is very detail-oriented, so it can get a bit quiet in the office when everyone is focused. We’ve been in Satra Plaza for a good bit now. The area has grown a lot, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby, which is good because we often work late. We aren't a corporate giant with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us who know our way around building specs and market values. We take the work seriously, but we’re pretty relaxed around the office. It's just about getting the job done right and moving on to the next one. We handle the technical stuff so others don't have to.
