Our place is at B-47 in the Digha MIDC area. We’re right behind Reliable Plaza, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us in Navi Mumbai. The TTC Industrial Area is quite big and can be confusing, but once you find Airoli, it’s not too far. M/S Spantech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us who know our way around technical jobs. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a long time. It’s busy here. There are always trucks moving and people going to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just show up and get through the tasks. Sometimes the monsoon makes things a bit messy, but we deal with it. The workshop is where most of the action happens. We’ve got some desks for the planning part, but mostly it's about the hands-on work. It gets noisy with all the industrial stuff going on nearby. We like being in this part of Thane because everything we need is close by. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so we can come back tomorrow. Some days we stay late to finish up. That’s just the way it goes when you have deadlines. It’s a practical setup, nothing too polished. Just people working hard. We also have to keep track of all the parts coming in, which keeps us pretty busy most afternoons while the sun is still up.
