We are over at Uma R/H, in Room Number 15, which is part of Jayhind Colony in Mahajan Nagar. This is right on the Ambad Link Road in the New Cidco area of Nashik. If you know Nashik, you know how much this part of town has grown lately. There are always new buildings going up and people fixing things in the colony. Our little spot in Room 15 isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the business happens. We are right in the middle of a busy residential and industrial mix. The Ambad Link Road is always humming with the sound of vehicles and trucks passing by. We spend our time taking calls and coordinating where the bags of cement need to go next. It gets pretty dusty inside, no matter how much we try to clean it every morning. We don't use any fancy talk or have big polished desks. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We have a routine that works for us. We drink tea from the shop down the road and keep an eye on the traffic to see when the trucks might arrive. It’s a simple setup for a busy area. People from the Jayhind Colony stop by just to say hello or to check on their orders. We are just local people helping other locals build.
