Our RMC division is located at 1, Sri Ram Apartment, which is on Plot No. 17-18, Gat No. 207 in Sambhaji Nagar. We are right near Ashok Nagar in the Satpur area of Nashik. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here. Working out of an apartment building like Sri Ram makes the office feel a little more like part of the neighborhood. This is where we manage the ready-mix concrete side of the business for Ultratech Cement Ltd. Satpur is a key area in Nashik for businesses like ours, so it’s a good spot to be. The office is pretty simple inside. We have our maps, our schedules, and our phones, which never seem to stop ringing. Dealing with ready-mix concrete means everything has to happen on a tight timeline, so it can get a bit stressful during the busy hours. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the concrete gets to the construction sites when it’s supposed to. The team here is used to the fast pace and the noise of the city. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and site managers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay organized in the middle of all the activity. It's just a regular local operation.
