Yash Industries

Yash Industries is based at W- 37- B in the Ambad MIDC Area. If you know the industrial zone here, you know it’s a lot of factories and sheds lined up one after another. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just another unit in the row. Inside, it’s usually quite loud because we have machines running most of the day. We’ve been part of the Ambad community for a long time. It’s a hardworking area, and we fit right in. We’re not a big company with a HR department or anything like that. It’s just us and the machines. We spend most of our time on the shop floor making sure everything is being produced the way it should be. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a motor or a belt. That’s just how it is in a place like this. The dust from the MIDC roads gets everywhere, so we’re always cleaning off the equipment. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy logo on our shirts. Yash Industries is just a local business trying to do its job and get orders out the door on time. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in Ambad. We just work through the week and look forward to Sunday.
