Jayant Jyoti Industries

At W-68 (A) in MIDC Ambad, you will find Jayant Jyoti Industries. This is an industrial area, so everything around us is factories and workshops. We fit right in with our shed and the piles of metal out front. We focus on manufacturing various industrial components. It is a busy place, and there is usually something being welded or cut at any given hour. We don't have any fancy titles here; we all just pitch in and do what needs to be done to finish the orders. The air is often thick with the smell of metal and coolant. We have some heavy-duty equipment that takes up most of the floor space, so things can get a bit tight when we have a big project going on. We don't spend any time on polish or appearances. The walls are stained and the floor is cracked, but the machines are well-maintained because that is what actually matters for the work. Our customers are mostly other industrial units who need reliable parts. We don't do much talking or promotion. We just take the drawings, check the specs, and start the machines. It is a tough environment sometimes, especially when the monsoon hits and the noise on the tin roof is deafening, but we like the work we do. It is a solid, honest business and we have been at it for a while now without making much of a fuss about it.
