Aks Specialities

Aks Specialities is located over in the CIDCO area, specifically at N 44 C/B 2/16/2. It sounds like a complicated address, but once you find Trimuti Chowk and Datta Mandir, we are right there. We are positioned directly opposite Parakh Appliances, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. Our shop is a bit of a mix of things, which is why we call it specialities. We don’t really fit into one single category. We spend our days managing the inventory and talking to customers who walk over from the nearby market areas. The area around Datta Mandir gets very busy during festival times, so we’ve learned to manage the crowds and the noise over the years. Our space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about where we stack things. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, and sometimes we fall behind, but we get there in the end. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just like running our business here in CIDCO where we know the local rhythms. Being near Trimuti Chowk means there is always someone passing by who might need something unique. We keep it simple and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a good spot to be, and we’ve made a lot of friends in the neighborhood over the years we’ve been here. The light over the counter flickers occasionally, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s just how things go.
