Our shop is on Tadala Road, and if you can't find the number, just look for the cinema talkies because we are right across from it. It’s a busy spot, especially when a new movie is playing and there are people everywhere on the street. We deal with various goods here in Taluka Mul, and the shop is usually packed from floor to ceiling with stock. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get through the aisles sometimes, especially if we just got a new shipment in. We don't have any fancy lighting or air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that spin all day. People from the surrounding villages come in to buy what they need, and there is always a bit of chatting and news being shared over the counter. We spend a lot of time counting items and writing down orders in our notebooks. It gets quite dusty because the road outside is always busy with bikes and carts. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when it’s slow, watching the crowd at the cinema. It’s a straightforward trading business. We don't use any complicated systems; we just know where everything is kept and what the prices are. It’s a lived-in kind of place with old wooden shelves and a floor that’s seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next customer.
