V L Agro Industries is located over in Badegaon, within the Tal-Sawner area. We are set up at Jaydurga Hind Ho. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. Agriculture is the main thing around here, so we fit right in with the surroundings. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We handle different agro-related tasks depending on what is needed at the time. Sawner is a place where people work hard and we try to do the same. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing things with grease on our hands. It's not a desk job. We deal with farmers and people from the local area mostly. Every day is a bit different but the goal is always just to finish the tasks at hand. We don't have any corporate slogans or big meetings. We just talk over tea and figure out the schedule for the week. The Jaydurga Hind Ho spot is easy enough to find if you know the roads in Badegaon. It can get quite hot in the summer, which makes the work slower, but we push through it. We’ve been part of the local scene for a while now. It's just a normal business trying to do right by the local community. We keep things simple and stay focused on the day-to-day operations.
