We are located on Jail Road, right near the Police Line area. If you see The Grand Thakkar Hotel, you are basically right there. Sree Mayuri Agencies has been operating from this spot for a while now. The street is usually pretty busy with traffic and people heading toward the hotel or the nearby offices. Our office is a simple place with a few wooden desks and a lot of paper ledgers. We handle distribution for various things. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes the delivery vans block the road for a bit while they unload their stock, and the neighbors complain, but we try to move as fast as we can. It’s not a very big operation, just a few of us making sure orders get to where they are supposed to go. The building is a bit old, but it stays relatively cool inside even when it is hot outside. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the accounts. It’s a very local feel here. We know the tea seller around the corner and the guys at the hotel quite well. There’s no fancy marketing or big signs, just our name on the door. People come in, ask for what they need, and we see if we have it in stock. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent agency and get the deliveries out the door. It keeps us busy.
