We are located out on Vani Road in the Pimpalgaon area of Niphad. This part of the country is all about the land and what it grows. We focus on raisins, which means our schedule is pretty much tied to the seasons and the weather. If it rains at the wrong time, it’s a problem. If it’s too hot, that changes things too. Our facility at Gat No 659/1 is where everything happens. It’s not a fancy place, just a functional space where we process and pack what comes in from the fields. We’ve been doing this for a while, and you learn a lot by just watching the fruit change. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the days can be very long during the peak season. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. Most of the time, we’re out on the floor or checking the drying racks. People around here know us as just another local business trying to make a living from the grapes. We don't put on any acts. We just try to be honest about the work we do. Some years are better than others, depending on the crop. We just take it as it comes. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but there’s always something that needs fixing or a truck that’s running late. That’s just how it is here.
