Cafe Bliss

Cafe Bliss sits right across from the Talwalkars Gym at Jihan Circle, specifically in 6 Rushiraj Tower. If you are familiar with Gangapur Naka in Nashik, you probably know where that is. We spend a lot of our time here just managing the daily tasks that come with running a small place. The morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some air in before the heat of the day starts. We are in the 422001 zip code area, which is a busy part of Nashik, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. We don't have a huge staff, so everyone does a bit of everything, from brewing the tea to taking out the trash. The gym across the street brings in people at odd hours, so we try to be ready whenever the door opens. The furniture is nothing special, just comfortable enough for a quick sit-down. We spend quite a bit of time dealing with suppliers and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for the afternoon. Sometimes the sink acts up or we have to fix a wobbly table leg, just the usual stuff that happens in a local shop. It is a straightforward business. We just open up, do the work, and close down when the day is finished. It’s mostly about keeping the routine going and making sure we stay on top of the cleaning and the prep work. We try to keep things fairly organized even when it gets busy during the morning rush.
