We are based in Office No. 213 at Patel Chamber. It sits on Plot No. 5, specifically around SR No 54/A/1. It sounds a bit complicated when you read the address, but it is just a standard office building. Torawane Realty is where we spend our working hours. We are on the second floor. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs sometimes if the lift is slow. We deal with land and building projects mostly. The area around us is always changing with new construction. Our office is pretty basic, just some chairs, a big table for maps, and our files. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people find us because they have business in the chamber already. We talk to a lot of farmers and developers. It is interesting to see how the plots are being divided up these days. We try to be honest about what is happening in the market. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. We just provide the information we have. Some days we spend more time out on the sites than in the office. It gets dusty out there, but that is part of the job. We have a small team and we have worked together for a long time. It is a simple operation we run here without any fuss.
