Subhadra Properties

Subhadra Properties is located in Nashik, specifically at Royale Heritage on GPO Road. We are near the Shalimar Aviculture Farm House in the ALB Block. It’s a decent area and easy enough to find if you know the landmark. We spend our days looking at land and buildings. It is mostly about talking to people who want to buy something or sell what they have. Real estate in Nashik has its ups and downs, and we’ve seen a lot of it. Our office is a place where we keep our maps and files. We don't have fancy presentations or high-tech displays. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and look at the paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out driving to different plots to check the boundaries. It can be a lot of walking in the sun. We know the local neighborhoods pretty well because we’ve been working here for a while. We don't make big promises. We just show what is available and tell people the price and the history of the property as far as we know it. Sometimes deals go through quickly and other times they drag on for months because of some legal hitch. That’s just the nature of the business. We are just a local property office trying to help people find a spot that fits what they are looking for without too much fuss. We've been here a long time.
