Our office is on the ground floor of the Bagul Building, which is located right behind the Wasan Bunglow in Pandit Colony. It’s a pretty quiet area, and we like it that way because it makes it easier to talk to people who come in. We work in the real estate business, helping people find places to live or work in this part of town. Our office isn't very big and it certainly isn't fancy. We have a few desks, some plastic chairs for clients, and a lot of files piled up in the corner. Most of our work involves going out to look at flats or meeting with landlords to see what’s new on the market. It involves a lot of walking and waiting around for people who are running late. We don't have a marketing team or use any big slogans. We just try to listen to what people are looking for and show them what we have available. Sometimes the paperwork for these deals gets really complicated and takes forever to get signed, but we just keep pushing through it. We know the Pandit Colony area very well since we’ve been here for years. We can tell you which buildings have good parking and which ones get too much sun in the afternoon. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to help their neighbors find a decent place to stay.
