Viraj Estates Pvt. Ltd. Nasik

Our office is located at 7, Dhansampada Apartments in the Deepali Nagar area of Nasik. We are right across from Kotkar Automobiles, so if you miss the building, you can usually just look for the car shop. It is a decent neighborhood and being in Maharashtra, we get a lot of local business. Viraj Estates Pvt. Ltd. Nasik has been rooted here for some time. The apartment isn't very large, but it has enough room for our desks and the documents we have to keep track of. Nasik is growing fast, and we see new buildings going up all around us. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about land and property. It is not always easy work, but it keeps us busy. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. Usually, it is just sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over maps or papers. The traffic on the road outside can be a bit much in the evening, but during the day, it is fairly steady. We like being in Deepali Nagar because it is easy for people to find us. We do not have a big marketing team or anything. It is just a few of us making sure things are handled correctly. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walk to the office a bit muddy, but that is just life in this part of India. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
