Our place is located on Plot Number 16 over on Wadala Pathardi Road in Nashik. It is a bit away from the main city rush, which is good for what we do with the vineyards. The area around Santaji Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but we still have our space here where we manage the wine side of things. Most days involve looking at the vines or checking on the fermentation tanks. It is not always glamorous work; there is a lot of cleaning, checking temperatures, and making sure the bottles are stored right. We spend a lot of time outdoors when the weather is decent, though the Nashik sun can get pretty intense in April. The office part is just a practical room where we keep our records and talk to the guys who help with the harvest. It is a slow process making wine, so we don't rush things much. We usually have a few people coming in and out to check on the progress of the different batches. The road outside can get a bit bumpy, but it leads right to where the action is. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury spot, just a working vineyard where we put in the hours. Every season is a bit different depending on the rain and the soil, so we just take it as it comes and keep the operations running.
