Shreya Soda Shop

If you go to Ward No.23 in L.B.S Nagar, near the pump house, you’ll see our soda shop. It is just a small place, but it stays very busy when the sun is out. We have all kinds of soda flavors, and people like to stand around the counter and drink them while they chat. It can get pretty loud with the pump house running nearby and the kids shouting after school. We go through a lot of ice every day, and sometimes it’s a struggle to get more when we run out. The shop isn’t fancy, just some basic shelves and a few coolers. We’ve been in L.B.S Nagar for a long time, so we know just about everyone who walks by. Some people come in every single afternoon for their favorite drink. We keep a few stools outside for people to sit on, but they are usually taken. In the rainy season, things slow down a bit, but we still have our regulars who come in for a chat. We don't have any big business goals or anything, we just like running the shop and seeing the neighbors. It’s a simple way to spend the day. We open up in the morning and close once it gets quiet at night. It’s our little corner of the world and we don't need it to be anything more than that. We just hope the fridge stays cold all day.
