Our salon and academy is located in the Dandane Complex on Subhash Road. Being near the Nashik Road Railway Station means there is a constant flow of people moving back and forth. You can almost hear the trains if the wind is blowing the right way. We have a mix of things going on here because we do hair art for customers but also teach students who want to learn the trade. It makes the shop feel a bit crowded sometimes, with people practicing on mannequins in one corner while someone gets a real haircut in another. Subhash Road is a busy part of Nashik Road, so there is never a dull moment. The academy side of things is quite loud because the students are always asking questions or talking among themselves. We have rows of mirrors and plenty of stools that get moved around all day. The floor is almost always messy with hair clippings, despite our best efforts to keep it clean. It is a practical place where people come to work and learn. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old posters and the tools of the trade. It is a good place for someone who wants to see how a real busy shop operates. Nashik is growing fast, and you can really feel that energy when you are working this close to the station.
