Rvr Flavours is based in Nashik, specifically at 303 Shree Sham Avenue on Plot No 7. We are located in the Gulmohar Colony, which is a pretty nice and quiet part of town compared to the busier industrial zones. Our office is up on the third floor. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on the different tastes and ingredients that go into food products. We don't manufacture big quantities of things here; it’s more about the planning and the sourcing of flavors for our clients. Nashik is a great place for this because of the climate and the local markets that provide fresh inspiration. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of what comes in. The office is pretty basic with just some desks, chairs, and a few samples of spices and extracts lying around in jars. We aren't a big multinational company with a polished corporate image. We are just a local team that knows a lot about how food should taste. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but that’s just part of the daily job. We like the pace of life in Gulmohar Colony. It’s not as rushed as Mumbai, which gives us time to focus on what we are doing. We handle a lot of the logistics and paperwork for moving flavors around to different businesses. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are on track. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just work on getting things right.
