Red Lab

Red Lab is located over in Ashok Nagar, right here in Satpur. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which is nice for the kind of work we do. We’ve got our equipment set up and we spend most of our time looking at samples or running tests. It isn't a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep everything clean and ready. I usually get in early to start the machines and check if any messages came in overnight. Being in Satpur means we see a lot of the same faces from around the neighborhood. People stop by to drop things off or just ask questions about when results will be ready. We try to be quick but some things just take the time they take. The lab has been at this spot for a bit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's mostly just us working behind the counter or in the back room. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with the backup, which is a bit of a headache. The furniture is getting a little old now, but it still works fine. We keep a notebook by the door for visitors to sign. It is a basic setup but it works for us and the people who live nearby. We focus on getting the details right every day. We also make sure the floors are mopped every single morning before we open up. It feels good when the place is tidy and the lights are on for the first visitor.
