Naj International Exporters

Naj International Exporters is run from Flat No. 9 in the West View Apartment, over in Tidake Nagar, CIDCO. It’s a residential area, so it stays pretty quiet around here, which helps when I need to focus on all the paperwork. Exporting isn't always about big shipping docks; a lot of it happens right here at my desk with a phone and a computer. I spend hours talking to suppliers and checking on where shipments are located. The flat is often filled with samples of things we are looking to send abroad, so space can get a bit tight sometimes. Tidake Nagar is a good neighborhood, and being in CIDCO means we are fairly well-connected to the rest of the city. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. It’s mostly just me making sure the details are right so nothing gets stuck at a port somewhere. I handle the emails, the calls, and the tracking numbers myself. There are some days when things are stressful because a container is delayed, and other days when everything goes perfectly. I don’t believe in using corporate jargon to sound more important than I am. I’m just an exporter working out of a flat in West View, trying to build a decent business one shipment at a time. It takes a lot of patience and many late nights, but that is just the nature of the international work we do here.
