Rashmee Beverages

Over at D-28 in the MIDC area of Malegaon, specifically the Sinnar part, you’ll find where Rashmee Beverages operates. The landscape around here is very industrial, with a lot of sheds and warehouses lined up one after another. Our place is just one of those functional buildings where the work happens. Inside, it’s mostly open space for the production lines and the storage. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. The staff comes in from Malegaon or the surrounding little clusters of houses. It can get quite hot during the summer months, so the morning shift is usually the most productive before the heat really settles in. We spend a lot of time checking the seals on the bottles and making sure the labels are straight. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The trucks pull up to the loading bay several times a day to take the stock out to the local distributors. We have a small room for breaks where we sit and eat our tiffins. There’s a lot of metal and concrete around, but we’ve tried to make it a decent place to spend the day. We don't talk about innovation or corporate goals, we just make sure the machines are running and the orders go out as they should. It’s a steady life for all of us here. The noise of the machinery is the soundtrack to our working hours.
