Pauls Cafe Pvt. Ltd.

Our little place, Pauls Cafe, is tucked away at No. 11 Dream House on Datta Mandir Road. It is not a very big cafe, but we have enough room for a few tables and a kitchen that always seems to be humming. We start the day quite early to get the coffee ready and prep the food before the morning crowd starts moving. You can usually smell the toasted bread from the street if the wind is blowing the right way. We have a lot of people who stop by on their way to work or just to sit for a bit and read the paper. It gets a bit loud when the lunch rush hits, and we are all running around trying to get orders out. Sometimes we run out of something popular and have to tell people we're sorry. The decor isn't anything special, just some stuff we liked and put on the walls over time. We have a couple of regulars who have been coming since we first opened our doors. They usually have their favorite spots and we know their orders by heart. It’s a lot of standing and cleaning, but it feels good when the day is done and we can finally sit down ourselves. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just the staff here making sure everyone gets their meal. It’s a simple life on Datta Mandir Road.
