India Papad House

India Papad House is located in Mathura Tower on Untwadi Road. We are right near the City Center Mall, so it’s a very busy spot to be in. You can usually smell what we’re doing before you even see the shop because of the spices. We spend our days making and packing papad for our customers. It’s a lot of manual work and our hands are always busy with something. The shop isn’t very big, and we have to use every inch of space for storage and drying the product. Being near the mall means there’s a lot of traffic and people walking by all the time. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with deliveries arriving and customers stopping in to see what we have. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just sell what we make ourselves. The building, Mathura Tower, is easy enough to find on Untwadi Road. We’ve been here for a while and we have our regular routine down perfectly. We start early in the morning to get the first batches going before it gets too hot. It’s a simple business, but it keeps us on our feet all day long. We don’t use any fancy machinery, it’s mostly just the traditional way of doing things. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. We just try to make a good product that people in the neighborhood want to buy.
