Kool Bites

We are tucked away in Shop 3 of the Dharmatma Bunglow. It's on Konark Nagar Road, just behind the Hotel Sayaji Palace. If you know the Panchavati area well, we aren't hard to find. It's a quiet little corner of Adgaon Shivar compared to the main roads. We started Kool Bites because we wanted a place where the local students and neighbors could grab something quick without spending too much. The shop isn't very big, so things can get a bit tight when a group shows up at once. We’ve got a couple of stools and a counter. We spend most of our time back in the kitchen area getting things ready. It's mostly just us working here every day, making sure things are fresh. We don't have a big menu because we’d rather do a few things right than a lot of things poorly. You might see us cleaning the windows or fixing the signs outside when it's slow. It's a simple life running a small shop like this. We like the regulars who come in and tell us about their day. It makes the hours go by faster. If you’re passing by the Sayaji Palace and want something to eat, just walk around to the back. We'll be there, probably listening to the radio and waiting for the next order. It’s just a basic shop for people who live around here.
