Loma Agro Dynamics operates out of Vani, specifically at Shri Prakash Gangadhar Malekar’s place, which is number 1220 in Talvani. It is a bit of a drive out into the Nashik district, but the air is better out here. We have been working from this location for a while now. Dealing with agro dynamics means we spend a lot of time thinking about how the soil is doing and what the weather is going to do next. Vani is a nice spot, though it gets very busy during certain times of the year. Our setup is pretty simple. We have some desks and a lot of files piled up. Prakash is usually around if you need to ask a question. We handle a lot of the logistics from this small office. Nashik is known for its farming, so being right here makes a lot of sense for us. The roads can be a bit bumpy getting out to Talvani, especially after it rains. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us doing the daily tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of data to go through for the crops. It’s a steady kind of life. We like being part of the local community in this part of the state.
