F & B Service

Our small office is in Deepnagar, situated right across from the Fame Theatre on the road between Nashik and Pune. It is a very handy spot because everyone in town knows where the theatre is. We are in the B Wing, specifically in Flat 102. Since we are in the food and beverage service business, things here are usually a bit hectic. We spend a lot of our time planning out menus and figuring out how to get fresh supplies delivered on time. It is not a big fancy corporate kitchen here, just a practical place where we manage the service side of things. The flat is usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone talking about a vegetable delivery or a staff schedule. Nashik can get quite chilly in the mornings, so we usually start the day with a hot cup of tea before the real rush begins. We are not doing anything revolutionary or grand. We just want to make sure the food is decent and the service runs as smoothly as possible. Sometimes we get a lot of noise from the crowds going to the movies, but you get used to that after a while. We have been in this location for a few years and it works well for what we do. We keep our records in order and hope the highway traffic is not too bad. (249 words)
