F&B Service

F&B Service is basically run out of the Ozar Township in Nasik. Specifically, we're at Type II B 1205. My father, D.R. Deshmukh, is the one listed on the paperwork. This isn't a storefront or a restaurant you’d walk into off the street. It’s more of a home-based setup where we manage all the logistics and the paperwork for the service side of things. Living and working in a township like Ozar is different than being in the middle of Nasik city. It's a bit quieter, and everyone kind of knows each other's business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking supplies on the computer. The room we use for the office has a view of the street, so we see the neighbors walking by while we work. It’s not a corporate environment at all. There are often personal things mixed in with the work stuff, like a grocery list sitting next to a ledger. We don’t have a marketing team or anything. It’s just us handling the F&B requirements that come our way. Sometimes things get a bit hectic if there’s a big order to coordinate, but mostly it’s a steady pace. We appreciate the stability of being here. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big commercial office. We just focus on getting the details right for the people we serve and keeping things organized.
